harrah's casino atlantic city restaurants

After about a 5 minute wait it came back. Upon cutting into the prime rib with one of the nice bone saws they give you, the meat was almost purple meaning medium raw! I don't like sending food back but this was necessary. It didn't look like any prime rib I've had before and certainly didn't taste like one. My wifes filet was very good, maybe a little overdone but tasty. My wife ordered the filet and I orderd the prime rib, both medium. We had caesar salad and the clam chowder as appetizers. We chose the 3 course tasting menu from restaurant week as well as a nice bottle of red. we were seated promptly and our server was personable. Reservations were easy and we arrived on time for our early dinner celebration. They had the best menu to showcase their steaks of all the steakhouses. Went to Dougherty's for my birthday dinner during restaurant week.
